Notes

A monotypic genus, which was shown to be closely related to Zeuktophyllum (2 spp.) and Octopoma p.p. (Klak & al. 2013). All three taxa are endemic to the Little Karoo, South Africa. The overall similarity between these taxa suggests that a broader generic concept should be adopted for this group of species.A,B
