Notes
Seven species of the Arctic, Central Europe, and Iran. Treated as Cerastium subg. Dichodon in most recent works. Arabi & al (2018) found that the two sampled species of Dichodon formed a clade sister to Holosteum, and together formed a clade sister to [Cerastium + Moenchia] as had Greenberg & Donoghue (2011).A
