Three species of central Asia. Sadeghian & al. (2015) found two species formed a clade sister to one including Odontostemma and Pseudostellaria. Greenberg & Donoghue (2011) noted that L. holosteoides clustered with Stellaria monosperma Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don.A
