The programme will include three days of presentations, two days of workshops, social events and a post conference excursion.

On Sunday, 13 September 2015, conference participants will get together at an icebreaker party in the Main Tropical Greenhouse of the Botanic Garden. The core conference (September 14-16) will be followed by two days reserved for workshops. The conference dinner will take place on Tuesday (September 15). A post conference excursion to the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin (northeast of Berlin) will be offered on Saturday, September 19.

Icebreaker
On Sunday evening (September 13, 18:30) conference participants will get together in the Main Tropical Greenhouse of the Botanic Garden.
Entry (and registration for the conference) is possible Sunday evening from 17:00 until 20:00 only at the North entrance of the Botanic Garden (this is the entrance to the right of the Botanical Museum, Koenigin-Luise-Platz). See the map; you can get there by bus number X83 from the S/U train station Rathaus Steglitz. Please note that the station Botanischer Garten is quite a long way off to the South of the Garden.

Conference dinner
On Tuesday (September 15) participants will come together in the restaurant "Alter Krug" for the conference dinner. The restaurant is situated in Berlin-Dahlem (Königin-Luise-Straße 52) in easy walking distance from the BGBM.
